Lunch:
Chicken quesadilla, on 1 whole wheat tortilla, low fat cheese, shredded chicken breast, cilantro, black bean and corn salsa, and a dollop of sour cream. 2 tangerines, and water.
Breakfast:
Greek Yogurt with fresh blackberries, raspberries, blue berries and Flax Crunch. 1 egg over easy, on top of 1 slice of whole grain toast. Water.
1 Egg scramble- Kale, tomatoes, green pepper, onion
1 Piece of whole grain toast, with homemade jam.
1 cup of coffe to get me jacked for the gym!
